To cultivate a new venture creation culture at HKBU, the second HKBU Entrepreneurship Bootcamp was successfully organised on campus on 18-21 May, 2018, providing immersive training of entrepreneurship to our HKBU students and other students from local universities such as The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic University as well as overseas universities including University of Oxford and Nanjing University. 80 like-minded participants joined this holistic entrepreneurship training programme where they formed teams and turned their creative ideas into reality through a comprehensive array of activities, such as interactive discussions, lectures, practical workshops and game sessions. Over 10 esteemed industry speakers from Hong Kong and overseas were invited to share their insights and experience on topics covering entrepreneurship mindset training, design thinking, pitching skills, fascinating startup stories and so forth.
