To learn the proven techniques that have been used for decades by some of the most powerful, persuasive, and memorable communicators and presenters, the Knowledge Transfer Office was honoured to have invited Mr. Nathan Gold, Chief Coach of The Demo Coach, to fly over from San Francisco to give the HKBU Community a talk on 23 October 2018.

In the talk, Nathan shared with us his tips and insights on how we could connect with our audience on an emotional level, for example, how to be more persuasive and emotionally connected by using specific words, how we could find and be our authentic self to make it easier to connect, the reason why discovering your own "why" is of the utmost importance etc.
